Terrance J. Nolan is an experienced mediator and arbitrator of business, commercial and employment disputes.
Mr. Nolan has conducted numerous mediations and arbitrations, and is greatly experienced in litigation and negotiations. He has been a long-time certified mediator by federal courts and is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, the International Center for the Prevention & Resolution of Disputes (CPR Institute), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Organizations and individuals may retain Mr. Nolan as a mediator, to work with parties to reach a voluntary and mutually acceptable resolution of a dispute, or as an arbitrator to make a final and binding award of the specific dispute submitted for resolution.
